I haven't been able to get started with my partner just yet. I've read the book myself and I must say that the book is very well structured and looks great!
My wife was diagnosed late and while it explains a lot, it was still hard for me to understand. She would send me books to read and podcasts to help me understand the way her brain works, but they were often written FOR people with ADHD and were not so useful for me to adapt to her. We have been going through this ADHD Playbook together and it has led to better communication between us, and BOTH of us are learning more about how the other goes through life seeing things differently. We still have some way to go with the book, but it has helped explain things to me better, and helped my wife understand me too.
I’ve bought so many cookbooks that ended up collecting dust, but this one actually made me want to cook ❤️

Living with my ADHD it’s a double edge sword. Someday’s it makes me on the top of my game and I’m just “deadly” good, other times I can’t get o it of my own way from social media. This book is huge in it give realistic approaches to handle everything about adhd on a daily basis with reminders, new habits to try and so on.
