I’m Ada, diagnosed with ADHD and AuDHD. I’m married to the talented artist behind the illustrations in my cookbook. The Noisy Brain is truly our brainchild.

As someone with a "noisy brain," I know how tough cooking with ADHD can be. That’s why my recipes come in varying effort levels and are formatted specifically for ADHD brains.

Finally, a Cookbook for Us!

The visual recipes make cooking so much easier for me with ADHD. I love how each dish is broken down simply, and the effort level helps me choose based on my mood. I've tried a few recipes, and they turned out great!
