I wish I could afford this copy, this is what I have being looking for.
I found this while searching for information, after I thought I might be neurodivergent. It's so difficult/expensive to get officially diagnosed, and this workbook is the closest thing to an "official criteria" I could find for diagnostic purposes. It's made things so clear to me and has helped me view parts of myself through the ADHD lense in a super helpful way. Because of this book, I now consider myself 100% self-diagnosed ADHD. It's life changing, I cannot recommend this enough.

Great resource with strategies that work with an ADHD brain. There is no single path, varying and trying different ways to manage life is the key here. What works today might not work next week, but with so many things to try you are sure to find your way.
