Valuable ADHD Tool

I love the variety and quantity of hacks and education. I would've loved to have interactive worksheets to go along with some of the hacks. More visuals with the hacks would help the mind stay attentive.

Quick and to the point

The book is practical without fluff as that would be a big problem for someone suffering from ADHD. It is definitely helping me with my situation.

Game changing Support

Living with my ADHD it’s a double edge sword. Someday’s it makes me on the top of my game and I’m just “deadly” good, other times I can’t get o it of my own way from social media. This book is huge in it give realistic approaches to handle everything about adhd on a daily basis with reminders, new habits to try and so on.

Great way to get to know yourself a little better

After a little missinderstand from my side (i thought its a real book like a book u can touch)
